Elton John tribute act Joel Coombes speelde al piano toe hij amper 7 jaar oud was. Hij werkt al een groot aantal jaren met verschillende bands over de hele wereld.
Sinds kort combineert hij zijn muzikale talenten met zijn bekwaamheid om de stem en de maniertjes van Elton John te emuleren in een speciale tribute show.
Zijn groot vermogen om in detail te treden, fantastische kostuums en presentatie zorgen ervoor dat je bij zijn optreden het gevoel krijgt dat je bij een optreden van Sir Elton John aanwezig bent. Natuurlijk brengt hij alle klassiekers uit het Elton John repertoire ten gehore.
Songs zoals, I’m still standing, Goodbye Yellow brick road, Daniel, Rocket Man etc. etc. ontbreken niet in de uitgebreide repertoire lijst van Joel Coombes.
Ik moest echt goed gaan kijken en luisteren toen ik Joel op het podium zag, ik dacht dat we de echte Elton John hadden geboekt. Hij klinkt als en hij lijkt op Elton John, meer dan genoeg, om zijn publiek in de waan te laten dat ze op bezoek waren bij een optreden van de echte Elton john. Ik heb enorm veel tributes gezien in de lijn van mijn werk, maar als U de echte Elton John niet kunt betalen is er echt 1 persoon die hem kan evenaren.

We boeken heel veel shows hier maar we krijgen de beste reacties bij een optreden van Joel Coombes. We hebben het grootste aantal bezoekers en weverkopen het meeste drank op die avonden. Wat kun je nog meer wensen.
