The success story of the Vorarlberg-born artist began in 1975 when he won the talent show Showchance alongside the award-winning author Michael Köhlmeier and became one of Austria’s best-known musicians.
In the following years
the “Rockprofessor” built a solid career as a solo musician and enjoyed considerable success both within Austria and internationally. An all-round talent, the powerful vocalist has written songs for JOSE FELICIANO and ALVIN LEE, among others. He can also be heard on a release of “Foreigner”-frontman LOU GRAMM.
One of the few English-language
pop musicians in Austria, Reinhold Bilgeri has had numerous successful chart entries in countries as diverse as Brazil, France, Belgium, Argentina and Portugal. Album sales of over three million are further proof of his success.
